The Pro Tour is a series of Beach Touch Football events held at iconic Beaches across Australia. It allows individuals the opportunity to play Touch Football on the beach in a fun and exciting way.

The Pro Tour is the name given to the series of Beach Touch tournament events held across the country and will be something that you do not want to miss. To check out when a Pro Tour event is going to be held near your location, check out the Pro Tour Dates and Locations.

The Pro Tour is open to anyone, we welcome you to register and participate to experience unbelievable fun, do a bit of exercise and have a party at the beach with your friends, or meet new friends.

Each Pro Tour event is split into two sections

Summer Social Series - (October 2012 to April 2013)

The Social Series is open to all individuals, it is a mixed gender division solely dedicated to individuals that are less serious and experienced players or just your average punter, wanting a day of fun with colleagues and/or mates.

The Summer Social Series will be one off events at each of the Pro Tour locations and will be open to the public.

The Summer Social Series will have its own time slot, which will allow participants to play in both the Pro Tour Series (which is detailed below) and the Summer Social Series.

If you want to have some fun with your friends or work colleagues, then enter yourself or a team into the next Summer Social Series Event in your location.

Pro Tour Series - (October 2012 to April 2013)

The Pro Tour Series is an exclusive series of events that is for teams that want to go into the running to be crowned Beach Touch World Champions and go into the running to collect the $10,000 in prize money.

The Pro Tour Series is a series of qualification events across the country. With the purpose of rewarding teams for participation and results.

Qualifying or ‘AA’ tournaments are open to everyone.  Teams register and participate in ‘AA’ Tournaments. Based on the teams finishing position they will accrue points to qualify for the National Final which is called the ‘AAA’ Event.

Teams making the final at any qualifying event (AA Event) will gain instant qualification into the National Final the ‘AAA’ Tournament.

Beach Touch Football Australia uses the Pro Tour Points System as its method of grading and ranking of teams into the different levels of events. For more details about the Pro Tour Points System click here.

The 2012/13 Pro Tour will consist of 10 qualifying events (AA Events). It is envisaged in the future, that an additional level of qualification will be introduced called an A Event and the overall number of “A” and “AA” qualifying events will increase. More teams and more events leads to increased competition but also more prize money up for grabs at the “AAA” Final Event.
