Pro Tour Points System
In addition to the Pro Tour Conditions of entry, teams and players are rewarded for their efforts in the Pro Tour Divisions of the Pro Tour Series.
The Pro Tour Points System allocates points to players based on their teams finishing position at qualifying events. Players will accrue points from participation at these tournaments; they will use these accrued points with their team members or players from other teams. The teams total points based on the players involved will be used to qualify them to enter into other “AA” events and the “AAA” tournament.
Player’s points will accrue till the playing of the “AAA” Tournament, after this, players points will be reset back to zero for the following season.
Point’s values are awarded as follows:
Teams will compete at an event and based on their teams final standing at that event will determine the number of points each player receives based on the above table.
Players can attend more events to accumulate more points which will be added to their achieved total to give that player a Pro Tour Player Points Value (PPV). This value is the individuals point value and can be combined with any other Players Points Value in order to attain the Required Team Qualification Value for a Beach Touch event.
A Pro Tour Members Points Value is only valid for the season that the Pro Tour member attained those points. Thus at the conclusion of the “AAA” tournament, all Pro Tour Members Points Value will revert back to zero.
